Since 2023 I’ve been renovating a house in Carrabelle, Florida, we have been completely upgrading the interior so we can stay there for the winters. This May we finished the inside of the house so we can move into in October 2025. We still have a lot of work that needs to be done on the exterior decks along with landscaping and trees that need to be removed.

The temperature in the winter gets below freezing during the night and usually warms up during the day, rarely do we need to wear long pants or a heavy coat. The sun is so warm most of the winter and really allows you to walk the beach almost everyday.

I've been working since I was 10 years old and just recently retired in June 2014. I really enjoy being home and being able to do things I never had time to do while I was working, eg; filling out this registration!
